- Reporting Actual Sales and Sales Activities- every week, month or quarter, the System allows to compare the actual sales results with the planned ones or with the results achieved in a given period of previous years. Il is also possible to make comparative reports, the division into teams or particular team members being maintained.
- Cascade Assignment of Sales Goals-assigned goals/plans are allocated from the top-level, through all the intermediary management levels, to the simple employees. Each team manager receives the goals assigned to him/her by his/her own manager and then assigns them to the members of his/her team.
- Clients Portfolio Management- for the employee serving several Clients it is easier to fulfill his/her task, because s/he is obliged to write down the needs of his/her Clients, the products proposed or sold to them, and their potential expectations.
- Clients Acquisition Management
- Meetings Calendar- the employees are obliged to write down in the calendar all information concerning their meetings with Clients, future leaves etc. All the users of any higher level have access to information contained in the calendar.
