Purchase and Controlling Systems
ITSG have designed and implemented controlling systems both for large polish corporations as well as for smaller companies from different sectors of the economy. Often such projects have been initated through our close cooperation with top consulting companies working for our Clients.
Given the experience in design and implementation of controlling systems – there is no ideal system suitable for every company. Each and every time it needs to be designed taking into account company specifics and above all management and employee needs.
We have developed a number of frameworks and tools that enable us to create controlling systems in relative short time while have no compromise on quality and reliability.
Although there is no controlling system fitting all, there is a number of key issues that needs to be taken into account during design and implementation phase.
State of the art controlling systems should be able to:
- permit to monitor the cash flow.
- show the costs/benefits divided into appropriate groups in the way the most suitable for the Client.
- prepare or generate reports showing the actual state of the organization in the reporting periods defined by the Client.
In addition the Controlling Systems permit to:
- prepare special audit reports made according to due schemes containing several specific data.
- present reports in attractive visual form: the reports are generated not only as raw figures, but also in a more expressive form chosen by the Client, for instance as diagrams or graphs.
- monitor expenses, sales results or plans realization by the given teams.
