Instead of spending huge amount of time on documenting and specifying systems and tools – we prepare prototypes that are easy to test and modify till they reach needs of our Clients. Our priority is to implement IT system as soon as possible.

As ITSG we try to combine classical advisory capabilities with experience gained on a number of projects for our Clients. Through conducting detailed Client needs analysis we are able to fully understand requirements and design “tailor-made” products. We do not force our business partners to adapt into our solutions; instead we tailor our systems and applications to fit business and technical requirements of our Clients.

The projects we have already implemented are the main source of our technical know-how and of our business competencies. They allow us to design appropriate applications on the basis of constituents that ITSG has already created and implemented.

We are able to work on projects where the specification of final products is not defined in every detail at the initial stage of the project.

Consecutive presentations of the designed prototype and effective communication with the Client permit us to define and to specify the details unknown when we started our collaboration.

We are convinced that collaboration flexibility spares time and money of our Clients, while the traditional approach forces him/her to spend lots of money at any modification of technical parameters.
